Over the past 5 years I have helped countless women learn how to turn to intentional living to manage their emotions and find joy in movement. . We find a balanced approach to their nutrition by “ditching the diet” mentality and intuitively eating so that they don’t FEAR food anymore.  I work with you to build a plan that gives you routines, intuitive eating exercises, and mental shifts to feel good in your journey again.

    I create their movement plan, and support them through learning how to eat intuitively based on where they are in their current journey. Each aspect of the one-on-one program is customized to the client so you have a action plan that suits you

    My coaching is a collaborative effort. I always want you as the client to be open and honest with how you feel about your program because it’s custom to YOU. My goal is to help you ENJOY exercise so it is a part of your day to day life and not something you HAVE to do.

    I work with clients on a weekly basis to assess their progress, grasp an understanding on how they are feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally. This allows me to adjust their program based on those factors.

    I have a close relationship with my clients. They have the best success when they have someone who is there to support them not just physically, but mentally/emotionally. We often need a person that can relate, without judgment, and is cheering for us. I’m here for my clients on the deepest level, because I WANT to see them succeed.
